Hey, guys! How are you doing today? I hope you’re all doing well. Today, I want to talk about something that’s been on my mind lately. I recently took the post-test for the Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah 2019, and I have to say, it was quite challenging. For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah is a training program for school principals in Indonesia. The program is designed to improve their leadership skills and help them become better leaders for their schools.
The post-test is the final exam for the program, and it’s no joke. The questions are designed to test everything you’ve learned during the training, and they’re not easy. But, I have to say, the experience was worth it. Not only did I learn a lot during the program, but I also met some amazing people who have become great friends.
The Soal Post Test
Now, let’s talk about the post-test. The test is divided into three parts: Part A, Part B, and Part C. Part A consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, Part B consists of 10 short answer questions, and Part C consists of 5 essay questions. The test is timed, and you have to complete it within a certain amount of time.
The questions cover a wide range of topics, including school management, curriculum development, teacher training, and student assessment. Some of the questions are straightforward, while others require you to think critically and apply what you’ve learned.
My Experience
I have to admit, I was nervous when I first started the test. I had studied hard for it, but I wasn’t sure if I was fully prepared. As I started answering the questions, though, I began to feel more confident. Some of the questions were challenging, but I was able to answer them by applying what I had learned during the program.
Overall, I feel like the program and the post-test were extremely beneficial for me. I learned a lot about school management and leadership, and I feel more confident in my ability to lead my school. If you’re considering taking the Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah program, I highly recommend it.
